Spirituality in Nature

In Manitoba, Canada, we are fortunate to get the four seasons.  At the time of this writing, it is spring here. The grass is finally greening up after a long cold winter. The buds are forming on the trees.  Our evenings are longer and our days are warmer.  All this gives the perfect inspiration to write about nature in all its glory. We have a connection with nature that is undeniable. When we garden with spirituality, we are reclaiming our natural birthright. Being in the outdoors, breathing the fresh air and toiling in the dirt are great ways to feel our bodies and spirits working together in harmony.
