It is my belief that each one of us goes on some kind of spiritual journey throughout our lifetime. Some people have great epiphanies, others slowly evolve over time. Still others choose not to become seekers, but are perfectly content in their present state.  I belong to the middle group. Here in my mid-life, I feel like I am on a big adventure, eager to turn the corner of each new day. This is what I have to share so far.

I’m convinced that I was living unconsciously until my 30’s. Before this time, I was very preoccupied with an early marriage, raising 4 children and a full-time career.  However, there were times when I felt the pull that I was here to do something more with my life.  These thoughts would arise when I was away from home and away from my routine.  It was around this time that the first spiritual book I ever read, written by Deepak Chopra on quantum physic found me.  I was drawn to the ideas in this book, but knew that I didn’t understand much of it.  This was the beginning of my journey.

Throughout my 40’s and early 50’s, more and more books and tapes on spirituality found their way to me.  With each book or event that I experienced, more and more of the veil of unconsciousness disintegrated and the pure Light of self-awareness shone stronger and stronger.  With this process more people and situations of “like-mindedness” appeared.

One of my greatest joys has been the surprising alliance I found in my sister Karen.  With 6 years difference in age growing up, we didn’t spend much time together in our childhood. However, in the past several years, it became apparent, as we shared our experiences, that we were on the same Path of self-knowledge, seeking our Truth.

In this website, I am very excited to have a venue for the knowledge I gain through my readings and a purpose to my writings.  I strongly believe that for the rest of my life I will seek out ways to increase my own self-awareness and in the process, hopefully will aid others with their search .

I feel the Call to help others “awaken” to their spiritual selves.  We are in a time when change is on It’s way.  The Earth can’t survive in its present state. We are here to help each other bring peace to a suffering world and hope to its people.

Welcome to our Soul Gatherers web site!  The creation of this site has truly been a labour of love for my sister Heather and me.  And we are excited to watch it evolve and unfold.

Like many of you that are visiting this site, Heather and I have been on our own spiritual journeys – each in separate ways – yet connected in a profound and surprising ways.

A part of me has always known that there was more to life than what conventional society would have us believe.  And a large part of my journey has been to find a way to view life that made sense to me.

A new way of viewing life really opened up for me when I became familiar with the concept of reincarnation, a few years ago.  I read once that learning something new can be like opening a window and feeling a fresh breeze.  And that is what it felt like when I began to explore the concept of reincarnation and soul evolution.  Suddenly, I knew there was more to life and death.  I knew that our soul lives on and that we experience many lives, in order to learn and grow and evolve.

Once that door opened, there was no going back.  My natural curiosity about all things has led me down a path of constant learning, constantly opening new windows. From reincarnation to Angels and Fairies and goddesses, from Gnosticism to theosophy, religion, spirituality, soul evolution, energy, quantum physics, law of attraction, mind-body-spirit, nature . . .  All of it is so amazing.

Ever the willing student, I am always in search of new material – books, internet sites, seminars etc, both local and international.

The more I learn and grow, the more limitless I feel and the more there is to discover.  It is my desire to share with you, our discoveries, for what fun is it to make wondrous discoveries and not share them!

I believe that we are all here to co-create with God.  And it is my desire, through this web site, to bring to the people who visit some sense of the wonder and awe of this universe, and how we are all one in this experience of co-creation.
